What are Lilliput Bo favours?

Lilliput Bo Favours are luxury Belgian chocolate beans beautifully packaged with ribbons and bows and tagged with a personalised photo, name and date. The Favours are attractively arranged in a stylish display and are accompanied by a soft toy that your baby can keep after all of the favours have been given away.

When can Lilliput Bo Favours be given?

Lilliput Bo Favours can be purchased for various occasions – at home, as an announcement to welcome your baby into the world, or maybe at a christening or baby shower. You chose the name and date that will be displayed on the personalised card.

Why would I want to purchase Lilliput Bo Favours?

Whether it is your first baby or your fourth, every baby deserves a special celebration and introduction to the world. Lilliput Bo offers a delightful way to do this. The personalised Favours can be given to friends and family to announce your baby’s birth, to thank them for all their love and support as well as being a permanent reminder of the happy occasion.

When should I place my order?

You should choose your gifts and order online 5 weeks before you would like your Favours delivered. Of course, if you do this before your baby is born and are unable to complete and activate your order, we suggest you use your baby’s due date as an estimated Favour delivery date.

Can I order more than one set of Favours that have different text on the labels?

It is not possible to place an order for Favours with different label information in one order. If you require different text on your Favours, say one set of Favours with a label for your baby shower and one set of Favours with a label to announce your baby's birth, you will need to place two separate orders through this website.

When will my order arrive?

If you complete and activate your order earliest 5 weeks before your Favour delivery date, your Favours will arrive shortly before the delivery date you specified. If you cannot complete your order when you initially place it and need to go back at a later stage to complete and activate your order, then your Favours will arrive within 5 working days after you activate your order. You will only be able to activate your order 2 weeks earlier than your delivery date. Read more about delivery

How do I activate my order?

After your baby is born come back to our site and select the My Lilliput Bo option. Log in using the username and password you chose when you placed your order. Complete the label section for ‘name’ and ‘date’ and ‘add photograph’ (if appropriate) and press the activate button. We will then complete your order and dispatch it to you on the same day. 

What happens if I forget to activate my order?

On your due date, we will send a reminder email and, if you chose it, text message to remind you to come back to complete and activate your order. We will send a second and third reminder 7 days and 14 days after your due date. If you have still not activated your order at that time we will hold your order for 3 months after your due date after which time we will cancel your order. There will be no refund if this occurs.

When do I pay?

Payment is required when the order is placed.

If things at birth do not go to plan, do I still have to take delivery?

In the event of your baby being unwell you will be able to cancel the order and get a full refund. Be advised, we will want to verify the circumstances.

Can I alter my order?

After completing placing your order you can only alter your delivery details and the baby details for that order. It is not possible to increase or decrease the number of packages in your order. If you decide, at a later date that you need more packages just place a separate order for those packages.

How will the packages be labelled if I choose to use them at a baby shower?

You could, for example, either upload a photo of yourself or choose one of our more generic stock photos. Choose the text you would like to have, for example “Jeanette’s Baby Shower”, and the date of the baby shower or “Thank you” and your due date.

How do I send a photo?

When activating your order you will be prompted to upload a jpg format photo of your baby. As the photos on the tags are quite small, for best results we recommend that you take a close-up of your baby or crop the photo to its best composition. The overall size should be below 1 Mb. If you are unable to alter the size and crop, we can do those adjustments here but cannot guarantee it will be as you intended. Please send only one picture.

What if I don’t want to send a photo?

A photo of your baby will add so much to the personalisation of your display that we highly recommend it. There are, however, more generic photos available for you to use from a range we have on our website should you choose not to upload your own photo.

Where can I see the full range of Lilliput Bo Favours?

The full Lilliput Bo range can only be seen and bought online at our website.

Is it possible to buy Lilliput Bo favours in a shop?

No, for the moment the only place to buy Lilliput Bo is through this website.

What is the maximum and minimum number of small packages I can order?

The Favours bought with the display case and bear will contain the number of Favours specified in the description on the web site. However, you can buy as many or as few of the separate individual Favours as you need.

How long can the Favours be kept and eaten?

The chocolate beans will keep and be good to eat for a maximum of 6 months. However, they must not come in contact with the PVC toys such as the fish and ducks or they will be spoiled. This is the reason the are packaged in plastic sachets.
